Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing sales development or sales teams, with 2-4 years of exceptional performance in a previous SDR or sales role
- Strong understanding of Outreach sequence strategy and sales development methodology
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire team members
- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Tech savvy with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office

- Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with the ability to present with confidence

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and provide direct support for the AMER SDR team
- Manage and coach 8-10 Houston-based SDRs to ensure consistency in performance and communication
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives, including SDR Bootcamp
- Monitor outbound activity, calls, and sequences, providing feedback and performance updates
- Identify at-risk team members and offer individualized coaching on prospecting, emailing, and calling
- Maintain data hygiene across Outreach, Salesforce, and other SDR tools
- Implement and execute campaign strategies aligned with SDR leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align on target accounts and campaign execution
- Review SDR messaging for quality and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Report on team performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
- Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Global Director
- Lead SDR huddles, training sessions, and team meetings
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvement plans as needed
