Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in business or a related field (e.g. Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications)
- 6+ years of Sales Compensation and Strategy experience with 3+ years of driving Incentive Design programs
- Expert level skill set with Xactly Incent & Analytics required
- Advanced Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Business partnership experience with executives and upper management
- Advanced presentation skills with ability to build presentations and financial models
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives and large groups
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales compensation plans that support GTM strategies
- Assist with the sales incentive compensation plan analytics, assessing plan effectiveness and expenses. Create presentations of findings to Sales Leaders and CRO
- Develop compensation plan design communication and rollout to ensure clear plan comprehension by the sales team
- Initiate compensation plan effectiveness feedback reviews from Sales Leadership and key stakeholders to continuously improve compensation strategies.
- Monitor new hire reports and review quota adjustments to ensure quota letters are within Sales Operations guidelines & policies
- Design and document short-term incentives and draws for Tanium’s quota carrying roles
- Develop and produce key sales performance reporting metrics, including quota attainment and deal analysis
- Ensure timelines are met for key Sales Compensation projects, including Xactly Incent configuration, automation, and UAT
