Responsibilities

  • Source, curate, and manage high-quality content that aligns with loyalty program objectives and engages members.
  • Support Finance and cross-functional teams in executing and analyzing pricing strategies to encourage point burning and reduce costs.
  • Plan and manage the rewards redemption marketplace calendar, ensuring timely execution of promotions aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and increase marketplace participation.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience across all digital touchpoints, implementing personalization strategies to enhance member engagement.
  • Coordinate with marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of activities and campaigns, addressing any issues related to rewards redemption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in loyalty marketing or customer rewards programs, particularly in digital or e-commerce environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and customer analytics software.
