Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, merchandise planning, or demand planning.

- Comfortable navigating both creative and analytical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and financially sound forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning.
- Lead weekly performance reviews and align strategies for improvement.
- Manage demand planning for wholesale while collaborating on production and inventory needs.
- Partner on product lifecycle initiatives, including innovation, pricing, and exit strategies.
- Provide strategic direction to scale operations, balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
- Build and develop a team to manage revenue and inventory strategies.
- Streamline tools and processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure financial performance in wholesale revenue, margin, and forecasting.
- Flexibility to travel across the territory (~15-20%) to gather insights and strengthen partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
