Manager – Revenue Accounting

6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years of operational accounting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in publicly traded companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification and understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
A mix of Big 4 and industry experience managing the order-to-cash function at complex and multi-national publicly-traded companies.
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in implementing various analytical techniques for Close cycle.
Advanced expertise of ASC 606.
Experience with M&A integration.
Experience with leading ERP implementation, migration and upgrade.

Have end-to-end ownership over key revenue streams, controls, and financial statement disclosures, ensuring timely recording of revenue transactions in compliance with US GAAP.
Participate in the monthly and quarterly close process for revenue-related activities and ensure proper documentation of accounting treatments.
Perform reviews over automated revenue allocations to ensure proper quoting of products/services, completeness, and accuracy.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures of revenue recognition including stand-alone selling prices.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders including Sales to provide guidance on complex revenue transactions and contract negotiation.
Serve as a primary contact for internal business stakeholders and external auditors on revenue related matters.
Collaborate with FP&A and business teams to analyze revenue-related transactions and actual vs forecast.
Maintain and enhance internal controls over the order-to-cash cycle, including robust process to ensure upstream data impacting revenue accounting is accurate and complete.
Partner with the information technology department to build robust reporting.
Support ad hoc Controllership projects arising from our rapid growth, including manual revenue allocations, modifications, and prospective modification analysis as assigned.

Salesforce and Alteryx experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Sigma, SQL and other data analytics procedures are highly desirable.
