Manager – Reporting and Technical Accounting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on SEC reporting and technical accounting.
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and financial reporting software.
Proven ability to research and document complex technical accounting issues.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
Ensure compliance with XBRL tagging and evolving SEC disclosure requirements.
Partner with external auditors and legal counsel to address review comments and ensure timely filings.
Research and document technical accounting issues, providing guidance on complex transactions.
Monitor, assess, and implement new accounting pronouncements applicable to the company.
Develop and maintain company accounting policies, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.
Conduct variance analysis and financial statement preparation.
Collaborate with Investor Relations to support earnings releases and investor communications.
Support financial reporting system enhancements and process automation efforts.
Work closely with Finance, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data integration within the ERP system.
Assist in optimizing financial workflows and reporting capabilities within the ERP environment.
Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance if applicable.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Act as a key liaison with external auditors, ensuring timely resolution of financial statement reviews and technical accounting matters.
