Requirements

  • Has a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Has proven track record of leading teams and driving customer retention in a SaaS environment
  • Has a minimum of 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce Administrators
  • Demonstrates ability to guide and mentor Salesforce administrators in optimizing the platform for business needs
  • Has expertise in developing and implementing effective renewal strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Has ability to inspire, motivate, and coach individuals to achieve high performance
  • Has ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Has ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve processes and outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices for configuration, customization, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with user management, security, data management, and workflow automation within Salesforce
  • Holds a current Salesforce Administrator certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in Salesforce administration
  • Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Obtains Orion Industry Certification
  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Renewals team
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Specialists to achieve individual and team goals for renewals, upsells, and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Salesforce Administrators, ensuring the optimal configuration and maintenance of Salesforce to support business processes
  • Define and execute strategies to maximize renewal rates, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for expansion within the existing customer base
  • Establish and refine processes for renewals, contract management, and Salesforce administration to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to align on goals and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor renewal performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Promote the effective use of Salesforce across the organization and identify opportunities to leverage its capabilities to improve business processes
  • Oversee data management practices within Salesforce to maintain data accuracy and completeness
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in customer success, renewals management, and Salesforce administration
