Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a direct sales leader/manager, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and revenue objectives
- Ability to think systematically and operationally, with a focus on identifying and analyzing processes and workflows, to service a large set of customers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team
- Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup
- Experience in hiring and training talent at scale
Responsibilities
- Founding member of the Renewal Team: shaping how the team grows
- Building Global Processes: leading Relationship Managers in the AMER region and defining global processes
- Leading a Healthy Business: being the first line of contact for customer needs and forecasting revenue
- Meaningfully shaping our future product: engaging with customers for insights and working with product teams
- Elevating skills while tackling impactful challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Built existing business sales playbooks or processes
- Been a first or early hire at a fast growing startup before
- Experience using Salesforce for accurate forecasting
- Ability to function in a ‘Player/Coach’ capacity as we scale
