Requirements
- Strong understanding of SDLC and release management processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software build and release management to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Quickly address production incidents to maintain uptime and reliability.
- Develop tools to automate continuous integration (CI), testing, and deployment processes, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
- Manage third-party R&D tools like Bitbucket, Nexus, Jenkins, LaunchDarkly, Kubernetes (K8s), and Helm to support scalable deployments.
- Design and maintain a world-class deployment orchestration framework for seamless and reliable software rollouts.
- Optimize cloud resource usage across R&D to minimize costs while maintaining performance.
- Act as the bridge between R&D and Shared Operations teams, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering collaboration on innovative solutions.
- Manage a global team of engineers and a manager, providing mentorship, feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.
