Manager Programs 2 – Sensor Portfolio SMT Lead

Bachelors degree and 8 years of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience as defined below.
Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in: project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions.
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

Coordinating the efforts of the SMT, including engineers, the subcontracts administrator, supplier quality assurance representatives, logistics engineers, schedule planner, and cost/material planner.
Earned value (EV) management of labor and material control accounts.
Coordinating and managing the execution of all phases of supplier performance, including planning, proposals, new capability development, production, testing, deliveries, and sustainment.
Conducting or coordinating review of supplier documentation (e.g., technical evaluations of proposals, acceptance test procedures, cost and schedule reports, software version description documents).
Reporting supplier status to Program Managers, GSC managers, and IPT Management.
Manage supplier requests for waivers, deviations, and discrepancy reporting process.
Verify that End Item Data Packages (EIDPs) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRLs) items are review and dispositioned.
