Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of community health experience in developing, implementing and managing community health programs.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates communication, collaboration, partnerships, and key community involvement to ensure excellent programs for customers and the community.
- Monitors and manages budget.
- Effectively plans, develops, implements, and evaluates budget.
- Ensures excellent customer service through all program phases.
- Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with website content management systems
- Graphic design tools
- Video development & editing
- Experience working in healthcare marketing or communications, or community outreach
