Responsibilities
- Lead & develop a cross-functional Professional Services team, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
- Own client outcomes from onboarding through renewals, ensuring seamless execution, technical excellence, and measurable impact.
- Drive operational excellence, optimizing processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact.
- Manage team performance, setting clear expectations, providing actionable feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to align on goals and enhance client value.
- Solve complex challenges, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation.
- Ensure quality and consistency in project execution, resource allocation, and technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing technology, integrations, and technical project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, ticketing systems, and workflow automation is a bonus.
