Requirements

  • 5-10 Years experience in relevant or related field
  • Product Development experience in relevant or related field
  • Expertise in user experience research and design
  • Understanding of technical concepts like APIs, databases, and payment processing
  • Experience in building network products for credit card issuers and banks a plus
  • Self-starter and motivated to work independently and as an effective team member
  • Multi-disciplinary knowledge, i.e., product management, consulting, marketing, business development
  • Ability to comfortably lead strategic product conversations with senior internal stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written business presentation skills with various levels of audience
  • Experience leading projects through all phases of the project / product development lifecycle
  • Ability to handle multiple partners and projects from initiation to completion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution and/or project management skills
  • Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends
  • Intermediate technical/operations experience within financial payments industry
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills – ability to identify process/efficiency enhancements and attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accelerating the launch of Digital First Solutions
  • Delivering an integrated consumer value proposition supported by go-to-market tools
  • Supporting regional teams and leveraging partnerships to drive scale and distribution of Digital First solutions
  • Playing a critical role in future proofing the Digital First strategy and approach
  • Enhancing the value proposition with a focus on Digital Products
  • Driving scale across customer segments and supporting customers in enabling a better consumer experience
  • Applying strategic and analytical rigor to refine thinking and enable deeper insights for the business
  • Supporting in deploying new products to market including go-to-market activities
  • Driving the product development roadmap
