Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role that includes exposure to product metrics and product events
  • Intermediate-to-advanced user of Segment and Amplitude, ideally with exposure to Braze
  • Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake
  • Competent writing SQL queries and/or doing exploratory data analysis using Python
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen to identify impactful analytics asks

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering on event tracking in Segment and Amplitude
  • Propose plans to address ambiguous business needs with a data-first framework
  • Act as a thought partner for designing hypotheses to test
  • Analyze qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data sets to uncover actionable insights
  • Create visualizations in Amplitude and edit/audit existing charts for accuracy
  • Focus on high-impact analyses that move the business forward
