Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience working in healthcare space
- Be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time to various locations, which may include multi-day travel to support deployment, testing, and field visits
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, which may include both remote and in-office work, while maintaining high productivity and communication standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Rx POS innovation and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals, financial objectives, and customer/colleague priorities.
- This role will be an integral part of the POS Modernization efforts to transform our pickup processes leveraging colleague insights and oversee day to day Rx POS execution including system support, reporting, and customer service via NPS scores.
- Maintain a data-driven strategy to ensure team prioritization and key stakeholder investment is driving maximum value to the business and customers.
- Act as the liaison between key stakeholders to drive alignment of the roadmap through clear communication on priorities, progress, and impact.
- Optimize processes to simplify operations and deliver enhanced pick up experience that is best in class.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years Retail Pharmacy or relevant experience
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Knowledge and experience working in healthcare space
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Prior experience in point of sales systems and functionality
- Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD)
