Manager – Perception Labeling and Tools

5+ years of engineering experience in full-stack application development.
2+ years of engineering management experience that demonstrated the ability to develop people and build a strong team.
Experience designing and building modern data-intensive web applications such as data warehouses, data processing tools, or data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and support other teams.
Fluency in Python.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Lead and inspire a team of engineers, and develop their careers by identifying opportunities and delivering impactful results.
Architect and develop tooling for data mining, data labeling, and quality control such that other AI teams can leverage high-quality data to train and evaluate their models.
Define the product roadmap that meets the needs of 10+ ML teams and collaborate with other infrastructure teams to share milestones and enhance pipeline efficiency.
Scale operations across hundreds of human labelers to fulfill data needs across AI, hardware, and data science teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ML data products to continuously innovate the data-driven ML development process.
