Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 7 years’ experience in a related role (HR Operations focused role)
- Global, publicly traded company experience
Responsibilities
- Lead a regional professional team to deliver an excellent colleague support experience across the America’s region.
- Propose process design and improvement in conjunction with key COEs and other stakeholders.
- Partner with People Services leadership to develop efficient processes.
- Maintain regular communication with team members to ensure consistent adherence to SOPs and ensure delivery against established SLAs, KPIs.
- Collaborate and communicate with the various HR COEs to ensure that the services delivered support their aims and requirements.
- Provide oversight, ensures strong quality control, and reviews processes in place to maintain up to date HR knowledge articles, internal procedures, and guides, as well as documentation.
- Ensure engagement and collaboration with business leaders and other COEs on topics which may be raised through the case management system, and ensure escalation as required.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required. Work closely with members of the HR Team to ensure that transactions and queries are completed.
- Manage a team of colleagues.
- Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.
- Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.
- Understand and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.
- Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage and promote colleague success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
- Provide primary input and recommendations on staffing decisions for the team.

- Experience leading a dispersed/international team based on different countries
- Experience using Workday, Docusign, Excel, and Word
- Project Management experience
