Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience
  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task a variety of work activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in order to communicate in a professional manner and build long-term customer relationships
  • Strong knowledge of PAP product reimbursement and payer structures as well as other external foundations or funding programs for reimbursements
  • Must have the ability to discern problems and determine appropriate course of action

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment and development of their PAP team
  • Ensures appropriate staffing to support PAP operations across customers
  • Works collaboratively with the Sr PAP Reps to support a successful onboarding and training experience for all new employees
  • Oversees the daily operations of the team and works with the Sr Reps to ensure compliance with workflows, PAP guidelines, meeting of revenue and business goals, and performance analysis
  • Provides ongoing development support, coaching, and implementation of reward/recognition programs
  • Works in a fast paced, high-volume environment managing complex reimbursement and PAP issues and processes and provides backup PAP support when needed
  • Regularly communicates with McKesson RxO Leadership about program successes, challenges and provides consultative and innovative solutions
  • Must be able to troubleshoot specialized PAP technology
