Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
8+ years of experience in continuous improvement role preferred
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel up to 35%

Develop and implement a comprehensive OPEX strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the medical distribution network.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team Black Belts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee the identification, prioritization, and execution of continuous improvement projects across the network.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other best practices to identify and eliminate inefficiencies within distribution, planning, manufacturing teams to identify and reduce friction within our supply chain.
Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and track the impact of improvement initiatives.
Effectively manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to operations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by effectively communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the effectiveness of OPEX initiatives.
