Requirements

  • Substantial years of progressive people management experience in Talent Acquisition, in both agency and in-house environments. With a team of at least 5+ Talent Partners
  • Broad demonstrated knowledge and understanding of corporate recruiting processes, staying up-to-date with new trends in the industry and recruiting leaders around the world. Industry experience with Agency methodologies.
  • Familiarity with utilizing data and reporting insights to drive improvements. Experience in Power-Bi is a plus, but exporting reports and data from the ATS and analyzing the data is key to this role
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse and/or Workday, with process improvement experience on these systems. Come from a Technical industry background.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into recruiting priorities, strategies, and plans.
  • Familiarity with regional compliance and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, verbal, and written communication skills. Building key relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Ability to grasp complex ideas and execute change management positively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for user-centric service excellence. Quality candidate experience and examples of how you had gone above and beyond to deliver on this.

Responsibilities

  • Translate talent acquisition strategies into scalable, simple, efficient, and human-centric recruitment processes.
  • Develop and coach the talent acquisition team to ensure a positive employment experience and continuous growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture excellent cross-functional business relationships with internal People Leaders and the wider People Team functions. Cross collaborating frequently with EMEA and APAC counter parts.
  • Adopt and implement recruitment technology using innovative methods, such as AI, process improvements, and a wide range of systems to ensure we always stay ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain a hands-on ability in recruiting, supporting senior-level roles and other key recruiting business projects.
  • Apply commercial awareness of factors impacting cost per hire and contribute to region budget setting within the department.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Power-Bi is a plus.
