Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in healthcare working with health plans and/or value-based care
- 3+ years working in client-facing roles such as sales or customer success
- Skilled in relationship management and portfolio management
- Ability to manage workload across multiple clients and effectively prioritize and escalate workload
- Results-oriented with the ability to access financial and operational outcomes of contracts
- Passionate about driving the shift from fee-for-service to value based care
- Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues in senior management
Responsibilities
- Own and deepen relationships within your assigned health plan portfolio to advance organizational goals
- Drive preparation and delivery of materials for partner Joint Operating Committees (JOCs), national performance reviews, and ongoing operational touchbases
- Coordinate health plan-specific initiatives across internal functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution of shared goals with each health plan partner
- Own and manage responses to the health plan, ensuring timelines and accurate communication
- Deliver read outs on health plan status and strategic initiatives to leadership within Aledade
- Establish a reputation for exceptional partnership management by consistently demonstrating responsiveness, strategic insight, and operational excellence
- Identify and champion internal process improvements by working cross-functionally to enhance how the organization engages with health plans
- Identify and escalate key risks, gaps, or resource needs to senior leadership to protect and strengthen each health plan relationship
