Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and three years of related experience
- Relevant experience in key job responsibilities is encouraged
- Classified as a safety and security-sensitive position
- Subject to drug screens per PS-67/FASOP HR-04
- Must undergo a credit check per FASOP HR-04
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and monitors contract compliance to hold contracted vendors/partners accountable for the terms in the contract agreements
- Ensures contract partners’ adherence to contract terms in operational areas including facilities maintenance, equipment, work orders, university assets, facility improvements and renovations, capital project support and tracking, safety, sanitation, food quality, health inspections, pest control, pricing, and service level agreements
- Sends detailed communications to contract partners regarding non-compliance and holds biweekly meetings with LSU Dining management staff to ensure compliance
- Tracks and monitors expenditures, schedules, approvals, quality control and documentation of Auxiliary Services facilities projects
- Monitors PM’s for Auxiliary Services facilities to ensure adherence to agreed upon schedules for inspections, repairs, and remediation
- Supervises a Facilities Coordinator who monitors general and preventative maintenance, repairs, asset inventory and quality assurance in all contracted areas
- Completes special projects as assigned
