Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management, ABM programs, or partner/channel marketing.
- Proven success in managing and executing virtual events that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and ABM principles.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity and comfort level with reporting and analytics tools, basic Excel proficiency.
- Experience building something from the ground up.
- Must be located in the Bay Area and available to come into the office two times a week.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of virtual events, including webinars, roundtables, live streams, and product launches.
- Work with contractors and product marketing to plan and execute virtual product launches.
- Develop content themes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver compelling event experiences.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, invitations, registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to design and implement effective digital programs that target high-priority accounts.
- Collaborate with channel/partner teams to build marketing campaigns that expand reach and drive joint pipeline growth.
- Work closely with the Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to drive joint marketing programs with channel and technology alliance partners via digital channels.
- Support the development and execution of co-branded campaigns, events, and other initiatives that align with partner goals.
- Contribute to virtual events, content creation, and promotional efforts in collaboration with partners.
