Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or strategic marketing; CPG experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Research, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead research projects end-to-end and synthesize findings into strategic insights
  • Deep knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Skilled in survey design, questionnaire development, data analysis, and storytelling
  • Experience with syndicated data platforms like Numerator, Nielsen, or Circana
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with dashboard and reporting tools (e.g., infographics, data visualization)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of insights initiatives—both qualitative and quantitative—to deliver high-quality research that uncovers actionable insights and fuels strategic decisions across product innovation, brand marketing, and consumer experience
  • Own the full research process—from designing surveys and discussion guides to managing vendors and delivering compelling, insight-rich reports and presentations
  • Utilize primary and secondary research, consumer data, and statistical analysis to assess market trends, guide strategic direction, and identify opportunities that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, and Product Development, to integrate consumer insights into strategic planning and execution
  • Deliver trustworthy, data-backed recommendations and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning
  • Stay ahead of evolving consumer behaviors, preferences, and lifestyle trends to keep Cirkul at the forefront of innovation in hydration
