Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or retail industry in a strategy, innovation, product/program development and/or product/program operational role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry business models (e.g., pharmacy, insurance, healthcare services)
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to strategically tailor written, visual, or verbal messages for internal and external stakeholders and leaders
  • Strong storytelling skills; proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly create, format, and edit visually appealing presentations
  • Strong acumen for data-driven decision-making; experience with using quantitative data/analytics and qualitative frameworks to distill complex information and inform assessments of business priorities and tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated agility and strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team towards time-sensitive goals in a highly matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a pipeline for new product development based on health plan requests and/or healthcare industry trends
  • Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise on discovery, evaluation, and prioritization of net-new products and service offerings
  • Execute new product/service pilots (from proof-of-concept to multiple stores) by managing dependencies and facilitating collaboration across a diverse set of CVS SME teams (e.g. Trade, Patient Safety, IT, Legal, Pharmacy Operations)
  • Partner with SMEs to build and implement training plans, engagement strategies, and workflow best practices for stores and colleagues participating in pilots
  • Develop robust measurement plan to closely track pilot success and build reports that inform scaling decisions & keep partners updated
  • Monitor and manage pilot feedback from pharmacy and store colleagues and implement updates at scale; coordinate immediate solutions when needed
  • Act as business owner & product point-of-contact for IT partners who are building technology capabilities for scaled offering
  • Support pressure-testing and validation of colleague-facing technology or workflow updates
  • Manage backlog and product roadmap for future enhancements based on colleague and consumer feedback / needs
  • Support in ensuring timely visibility and collaboration across large, cross-functional working team and facilitating regular stakeholder and leadership updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • PharmD with store experience
  • Experience with interpreting analytics (Excel) and reporting (e.g. tableau dashboard development)
  • Experience with systems & technology builds; familiarity with Agile processes (user stories, UAT, etc.)
  • Experience with standing up pilots and product development
