Requirements
- BS or BA in supply chain management, science and/or engineering (biotechnology, engineering or related sciences)
- 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong knowledge of supply planning processes, capacity management, and network supply planning
- Experience working within internal and external manufacturing networks, including CMOs
- Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to translate supply data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset to identify risks and drive mitigations
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, managing priorities across multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Support supply planning across internal and external manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with Brand-focused supply chain teams
- Assist in feasibility analysis of supply plans across manufacturing sites and production lines to optimize capacity utilization
- Track and escalate capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and conflicts across Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Packaged Goods manufacturing
- Maintain visibility into network-wide supply risks and mitigation plans, providing data-driven insights to support contingency planning
- Contribute to the Budget Volume Ownership process by consolidating intercompany volume projections based on demand forecasts and inventory levels
- Pull and disseminate market supply position for CPSO weekly as needed or requested
- Partner with Brand-focused supply chain teams to ensure alignment on supply priorities and execution strategies
- Support integration of site-specific constraints and capabilities into global supply planning efforts
- Act as a key liaison between manufacturing sites and supply chain leadership, providing consolidated updates on execution progress
- Coordinate and Prepare Volume, P1-3, Budget decks
- Coordinate the Monthly Plan Cycle, Prepare the Global Supply Review (GSR), including data consolidation, report generation, and executive summary creation
- Gather key supply performance metrics and trade-off scenarios to support fact-based decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reports to track network supply performance, ensuring real-time visibility into execution challenges
- Ensure timely updates and alignment across cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS or related professional qualification preferred
- Proficiency in SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, or other advanced supply planning tools preferred
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills (preparation and delivery)
