Requirements
- Critical thinking and strong analytics skills
- Highly motivated, curious, and well-organized individual
- Quick learner and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Full-time experience in the field of supply chain or network planning/forecasting/inventory management/operations
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, Python, Llamasoft is a plus
- Degree in Engineering/Operations Research/Supply Chain Management/Business Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end cycles of supply chain planning initiatives including but not limited to data management, warehouse management, transportation management and budget management
- Perform analytical reviews/validation of network flows to drive short to midterm efficiency
- Design distribution and risk mitigation strategies for the business to deliver cost savings
- Own routines, develop, track and drive results for Key Performance Indicators
- Influence teams based on data-driven recommendations
- Manage projects through execution
- Build and manage cross-functional relationships
- Serve as center of excellence for network knowledge and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, Python, Llamasoft is a plus
