Manager – National Commerce

Consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience
Creative Agency Leadership including creative review and feedback and agency budget management
Excellent organization and project management skills
Ability to pull & assess data, and then distill complex data into key insights and recommendations
Proven ability to work autonomously and plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing work across cross-functional and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Strong sales, finance, category planning and/or analytical background
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Lead development of strategy and creatives for key omnichannel Power Window scale programs that align with customer, shopper and brand objectives
Brief agency team(s) and internal partners on key Power Window scale omnichannel shopper marketing activations, providing clear guidance on strategy and success criteria
Build compelling selling tools to aid the field with securing retailer support during key Power Window
Own relationship with Creative Agency Team to develop national omnichannel shopper marketing Power Window scale programs, inclusive of creative reviews and feedback
Champion creative excellence for Omnichannel Shopper Marketing activations inclusive of tactic mix and test and learn opportunities
Manages monthly tracking of agency fees
Support National Commerce team in strategic priorities
Collaborate closely with Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Customer Teams, Retail Media Team and Brand Teams to adapt strategies and tactics based on performance data
