Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Account Executives and Sales leaders to understand pipe generation needs
  • Collaborate with diverse groups to develop and execute sales programs
  • Track pipe generation results and adapt sales programs as necessary
  • Combine relationship building and business strategy with an operational focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with successfully managing a large, diverse workload
  • Salesforce reporting & dashboarding experience preferred
  • Ability to switch between presenting business strategy and functional work
