Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Account Executives and Sales leaders to understand pipe generation needs
- Collaborate with diverse groups to develop and execute sales programs
- Track pipe generation results and adapt sales programs as necessary
- Combine relationship building and business strategy with an operational focus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with successfully managing a large, diverse workload
- Salesforce reporting & dashboarding experience preferred
- Ability to switch between presenting business strategy and functional work
- Self-directed and resourceful
