Requirements
- 4 – 6+ years of experience in the areas directly relevant to the responsibilities of the position
- Experience with agency/client relations, either on the agency side or on the client side
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and all media channels, traditional and digital platforms
- Comfortable with both brand and performance media
- Effectively builds strong relationships internally and with external partners

- Champion of new partners and disruptive technologies and methodologies
- 4-year undergraduate degree in Marketing and/or Advertising or relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop and implement innovative, data-driven, national paid media strategies across video, programmatic, social, audio, broadcast/streaming TV, OOH, and emerging channels.
- Support campaign execution, ensuring precision and excellence in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
- Ensure all media plans align with brand objectives, are strategically sound, and are executed on time and within budget.
- Identify, recommend, and test new formats, placements, and creative variations to enhance audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Partner with internal creative, strategy, and analytics teams, as well as external agencies, to develop high-performing creative assets.
- Work closely with media vendors to ensure accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and establish test plans, learning goals, and measurement frameworks that effectively evaluate media performance.
- Consistently review campaign data, extracting insights to inform real-time optimizations and long-term strategic shifts.
- Provide clear, data-backed reporting on media campaign performance to key internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and oversight of media budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet business goals.
- Review and approve media authorizations and spend forecasts, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Partner internally to track and manage actualized spend, ensuring accurate pacing throughout the fiscal year.
