Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or related roles
- 1+ years of people leadership or strong mentorship experience
- Fluency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and campaign structures
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
- High degree of ownership and curiosity
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus
- Located in Utah with an ability to work a hybrid schedule from our Draper office
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop 4 Marketing Analysts
- Provide coaching and mentorship in insight development, data fluency, and stakeholder engagement
- Model BambooHR values and help shape a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Own the roadmap for priority surfaces (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Review Sites, Email, Web Performance)
- Lead the development and refinement of dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses
- Ensure reporting accuracy, usability, and alignment with stakeholder goals
- Work closely with Demand Generation, Brand, Web, and Channel teams to translate business questions into actionable analytics
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Data Engineering to maintain high-quality data pipelines
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and campaign retrospectives
- Take on stretch projects related to marketing attribution, funnel diagnostics, experimentation, or media mix methodology
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Stay informed on analytics best practices and emerging tools
