Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or related roles
  • 1+ years of people leadership or strong mentorship experience
  • Fluency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and campaign structures
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills
  • High degree of ownership and curiosity
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus
  • Located in Utah with an ability to work a hybrid schedule from our Draper office

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop 4 Marketing Analysts
  • Provide coaching and mentorship in insight development, data fluency, and stakeholder engagement
  • Model BambooHR values and help shape a high-performing, collaborative team culture
  • Own the roadmap for priority surfaces (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Review Sites, Email, Web Performance)
  • Lead the development and refinement of dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, usability, and alignment with stakeholder goals
  • Work closely with Demand Generation, Brand, Web, and Channel teams to translate business questions into actionable analytics
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Data Engineering to maintain high-quality data pipelines
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and campaign retrospectives
  • Take on stretch projects related to marketing attribution, funnel diagnostics, experimentation, or media mix methodology
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Stay informed on analytics best practices and emerging tools
