- A passion for all forms of marketing and strong, relevant marketing experience at Senior Manager level.
- A strategic department head and a highly organized mind with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated thinker, happy to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management with the ability to work with people at various levels of the business.
- Experience of managing design, digital and social media agencies.
- Strong graphic design skills with knowledge of Adobe Creative suite.
- Strong PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that support studio operations, BU goals, and audience engagement across multiple channels.
- Lead the creation, production, and delivery of all internal and external marketing materials and collateral, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Write and produce compelling communications—newsletters, presentations, and web content, supporting business units with effective copywriting.
- Maintain and manage a robust digital asset library—including photography, video content, community engagement, and testimonial, collaborating with internal teams.
- Commission, direct, and produce multimedia content (e.g. behind-the-scenes footage, employee interviews, and short-form social videos) to promote the studio’s capabilities and culture.
- Lead strategy and content curation for multiple social media platforms, utilizing data-driven insights and trend monitoring to drive engagement and brand growth.
- Oversee all digital marketing platforms ensuring content is current, engaging, and on-brand.
- Manage relationships with creative groups, design, and potential PR agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment.
- Coordinate and maximize involvement in key industry partnerships, events, and trade events to amplify WBSO visibility and reputation.
