Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5 or more years of related experience.
- 3 or more years leading and managing people, teams, or projects.
- Previous experience in data analysis and modelling techniques to forecast expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Experience with competency-based education and online education.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of monthly, quarterly, and yearly LR utilization plans aligned with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
- Utilize data analysis and modelling techniques to forecast LR expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to develop budget strategies and optimize the balance between creating and buying resources.
- Oversee the setup of new LR vendors for billing and usage reporting and ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with the Vendor Engagement team to resolve billing discrepancies and contract disputes, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) adherence.
- Generate high-quality monthly reports on LR costs, usage, and projections for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct regular analysis of LR data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.
- Continuously review and optimize LR tracking processes, databases, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to the Program Cost Analyst in performing their duties effectively.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related field.
