Manager – International Client Services

6–8 years of experience in client services, account management, or campaign management in the CTV or digital video advertising industry.
Experience working with or for ad agencies.
Deep understanding of the CTV ecosystem, programmatic buying, and cross-platform measurement.
Project management – able to take strategic projects from initial concept stages through competition with extreme attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage campaigns from planning to post-launch wrap.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Lead the development of territory rate cards and pricing strategies
Collaborate with sales and sales leadership on pitch strategy, campaign planning, and client presentations.
Work closely with B2B marketing to identify and develop market-focused ad formats, content packages, and collateral
Develop tailored media proposals for international clients and agency partners.
Provide strategic input on market-specific nuances, targeting, and KPIs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign
Lead onboarding, campaign kick-offs, and ensure proper setup with ad ops
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure full delivery and that KPIs are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders across global markets.
Independently manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously with precision.

Experience with ad tech platforms, including but not limited to SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, and Ad Servers
Experience working across the Canadian and other international markets (i.e. Mexico, UK, LATAM, etc)
English and Spanish speaking
