Manager – Initiatives – Health and Wellness – Nutrition Solutions

Strong background in nutrition science with credentials such as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutritional Science, Public Health Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
Deep understanding of clinical guidelines, regulatory considerations, and evidence-based practice in nutrition
Strong experience applying clinical judgment in fast-paced, tech-forward, and product-driven environments
Proven ability to review and synthesize AI-assisted content with a focus on quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
Excellent communication and storytelling skills especially in using data analysis and statistics to translate complex ideas for multiple audiences
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders

Build and integrate clinical nutrition guidance and behavior change best practices into all aspects of our solution, from product to communications
Lead key stakeholder review and refinement of marketing and educational materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency with brand voice and product vision
Drive strategic communication of innovation initiatives translating complex insights into compelling, clinically relevant narratives for stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory/compliance, product, marketing, and customer experience teams to inform product roadmaps and ensure the clinical soundness of new features
Create content leveraging both AI and self-written content to ensure alignment with evidence-based guidelines, regulatory standards, and patient safety best practices
In partnership with Product team, build and refine our clinically-oriented algorithms based on the latest science to improve our product over time

(Bonus) Experience working with teams to build 0-to-1 products in startup or corporate incubation environments, ideally with a Health, Data, and/or Retail component
