Requirements
- Active Top Secret SCI security clearance with Polygraph
- 8 Years of Industrial Security experience with Bachelors; or 6 Years of Industrial Security experience with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
- Leadership/Managerial Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program, Intelligence Community Directives, and related training
- Experience and familiarity with U.S. Government databases
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in team building
- Strong skills in educating and mentoring team members
- Demonstrated success in leading organization change and transformation
Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of a team of security professionals
- Direct activities that support SAP & SCI level programs
- Provide guidance to assure compliance with applicable National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other security requirements
- Act as the primary security liaison between Northrop Grumman and the government customer
- Oversee all security activities and provide guidance to all personnel
- Support program managers in achieving key goals
- Participate in business development activities and plan security support for future business
- Plan and execute a security labor and expense budget
- Perform as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the site
- Oversight of the San Antonio FSO
- Emergency Preparedness / Contingency Planning responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing Industrial Security programs
- Experience in managing Physical and Technical Security for secure facilities
- Previous security management experience
- Ability to effectively engage with team members on task completion
- Ability to recognize opportunities and take independent action at resolving challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with security peers and program management team members
