Requirements

  • Ability to learn some technical skills including running and writing database queries and simple Python programs.
  • Desire and ability to learn the basics of several of the main Property Tax Software Systems on the Market (Property Point, PTMS, OPT, Itam).
  • Learn Jira or similar project management system to update status on projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar technical degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years’ in technical project management and implementation work.
  • Property Tax experience preferred (not required). Particularly experience working with Property tax assessment or tax bill data.
  • Experience with PTMS, OPT, Itam or other commercially available property tax systems preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and basic Office products.
  • Experience running and writing basic SQL queries.
  • Experience working with files using Python.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to create a positive team member experience.
  • Ability to establish, update, and follow a project work plan and keep all relevant parties updated.
  • Ability to manage offshore resources and clearly communicate goals and objectives.
  • Understand the client’s primary reason for subscribing to TaxFeed and develop an implementation plan to meet their needs.
  • Design file configurations that are supported by the client’s current property tax software system.
  • Communicate with clients weekly (or more, if necessary) to provide updates on the progress of implementation.
  • Set up client accounts on TaxFeed and demonstrate its features.
  • Consistently drive exceptional client service.
  • Supervise offshore resources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Property Tax experience preferred (not required). Particularly experience working with Property tax assessment or tax bill data.
