Responsibilities
- Onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients
- Establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process
- Development and management of overall project plans
- Driving project teams to specific milestones
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
- Mentoring and helping train other team members
- Supporting strategic initiatives for the organization or department
Preferred Qualifications
- PBM or Health Plan experience
- Client implementation experience
