Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with relevant experience.
- Valid RN license as required by state law or Florida Compact License.
- Strong background in care coordination, case management, and patient education.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and strategic planning.
- Experience with infusion programs and REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies).
Responsibilities
- Provide case management for at-risk patients to ensure medication adherence.
- Facilitate communication between nurses, patients, and physicians.
- Identify and evaluate causes of patient non-compliance.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients on medication benefits.
- Lead and mentor a team of associates, ensuring continuous development and recognition.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of specialty pharmacy experience (preferred).
- Certified Forensic Investigator (CFI).
- Customer Service Experience.
- Operations Experience.
- Supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Licensed in good standing in the state of practice with no restrictions.
