Requirements
- Excellent leader with strong interpersonal skills

- Experience with being on-call and leading incident responses
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related scientific field or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of software engineers ranging from new grads to senior engineers
- Be a technical leader of the team, reviewing architecture decisions, RFCs, and pull requests
- Work with engineering and product leaders to define well-prioritized OKRs and roadmaps
- Share on-call responsibilities with the rest of the team
- Run and optimize team processes, ensuring the successful delivery of high quality work
