Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the performance of a team of HR Operations professionals
  • Translate HR Operations plan to team members
  • Participate in operational planning processes
  • Lead workforce planning process and partner with Talent Acquisition
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to business line leaders
  • Manage implications of Human Resource risk
  • Participate in annual HR strategic planning process
  • Support and lead through organizational change
  • Partner with business line lead to ensure accountability to workforce plan
  • Support and implement programming related to Recruitment, Retention, Talent Development, and Leadership Development
  • Lead talent management cycles including Succession Planning and Performance Management
  • Ensure consistent administration of HR processes and identify risks and opportunities
  • Ensure regulatory compliance programming adherence
