Requirements
- Proven experience in a performance enablement, training, coaching, or sales management role, ideally within a high-velocity sales or customer onboarding environment.
- A strong understanding of sales methodologies (experience with Sandler Selling System is a plus) and customer onboarding best practices.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a demonstrated ability to develop talent and improve individual and team performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify performance trends and inform enablement strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, training materials, and quality assurance processes.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive Tactical Performance Enablement: Lead and facilitate regular 1:1s with team members to understand individual needs, provide targeted coaching, and support their professional growth within the High Velocity environment.
- Champion Coaching and Mentoring: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching team leads and individual contributors on effective onboarding techniques, sales best practices (including the Sandler Selling System), and customer success strategies.
- Lead Team Meetings and Communication: Design and lead engaging team meetings, developing presentations, and organizing agenda topics that focus on skill development, process updates, and best practice sharing relevant to the high-velocity context.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally to Solve Performance Gaps: Work closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Enablement, and other teams to identify and address customer pain points and internal process inefficiencies that impact the Junior Onboarding team’s performance.
- Develop Scalable Resources and Standardization: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and quality assurance frameworks tailored to the high-velocity onboarding workflow to ensure consistency and drive efficiency.
- Analyze Performance Data and Identify Trends: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other data sources to identify team and individual performance trends, providing insights that inform enablement strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to Onboarding and Ongoing Training Programs: Partner with the broader Enablement team to contribute to the design and delivery of onboarding programs for new Junior Onboarding Associates and ongoing training initiatives focused on product updates, sales skills, and customer engagement specific to the high-velocity environment.
- Support the Implementation of New Tools and Processes: Assist in the rollout and adoption of new tools and processes designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the High Velocity Onboarding team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sandler Selling System is a plus.
