Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related role
- Strong understanding of the federal legislative and regulatory process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and research skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of government affairs strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze federal legislative and regulatory developments that impact the organization
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Coordinate and attend meetings with government officials, industry groups, and other stakeholders
- Support the drafting and submission of regulatory filings and comments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align government affairs activities with business objectives
- Conduct research on policy issues and provide recommendations to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with federal agencies that interact with the semiconductor industry or other technology industries
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry-specific regulations and policies
- Advanced degree in a related field
