Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of the federal legislative and regulatory process

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of government affairs strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze federal legislative and regulatory developments that impact the organization
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with government officials, industry groups, and other stakeholders
  • Support the drafting and submission of regulatory filings and comments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align government affairs activities with business objectives
  • Conduct research on policy issues and provide recommendations to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with federal agencies that interact with the semiconductor industry or other technology industries
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry-specific regulations and policies
  • Advanced degree in a related field
