Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services Strategy & Transformation or Management Consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives by providing analytical support and insight
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data, industry trends, and market dynamics to support strategic initiatives within the global operations function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Monitor and provide recommendations on key performance indicators which measure the success of various business initiatives
- Develop internal reports and presentations aimed at audiences such as the COO Leadership team, business stakeholders and peers that provide actionable insights and strategic direction
- Manage the successful delivery of initiatives – on time, on budget, and within approved scope through proper project management methodologies and by proactively working with stakeholders to mitigate risk
- Ensure proper and timely communication is provided to the leadership team on the progress of initiatives and manage escalation process accordingly
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in a global operations environment or supporting cross-functional initiatives.
