Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services Strategy & Transformation or Management Consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives by providing analytical support and insight
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data, industry trends, and market dynamics to support strategic initiatives within the global operations function
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes
  • Monitor and provide recommendations on key performance indicators which measure the success of various business initiatives
  • Develop internal reports and presentations aimed at audiences such as the COO Leadership team, business stakeholders and peers that provide actionable insights and strategic direction
  • Manage the successful delivery of initiatives – on time, on budget, and within approved scope through proper project management methodologies and by proactively working with stakeholders to mitigate risk
  • Ensure proper and timely communication is provided to the leadership team on the progress of initiatives and manage escalation process accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience in a global operations environment or supporting cross-functional initiatives.
