Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior management, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Aid in periodic financial projections (operating plan, quarterly projections, monthly projections) while ensuring financial assumptions are consistent and reasonable across Business Units (BUs).
- Support the creation of routine business summaries for board meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and other significant presentations.
- Prepare and maintain standardized operational and financial reporting across the Poultry division.
- Prepare and evaluate capital project returns, conduct post audits, and ensure capital projects are developed with consistent and reasonable assumptions.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to support acquisition and divestiture analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
