Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading AI initiatives within a finance or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in finance.
• Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop innovative AI use cases.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices related to AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate finance associates on the use of generative AI tools.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities to leverage generative AI within finance functions.
• Assist associates in integrating AI tools into their daily workflows.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI-enabled reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of AI initiatives.
• Ensure that all AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and finance.
