Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- Strong experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication skills for understanding and explaining financial variations.
- Ability to manage complex control structures and mitigate financial risks.
- Experience collaborating with senior management to plan and analyze business performance.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and develop associates, ensuring belonging awareness.
- Commitment to supporting company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analysis and modeling, recommending future expense targets and analyzing business performance.
- Communicate with functional areas to understand significant variations and provide follow-up on financial issues.
- Manage complex control structures to mitigate the risk of financial misstatement.
- Develop new processes in cross-functional teams, ensuring proper controls in financial functions.
- Produce financial models and prepare presentations for business case recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, and recognition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analyzing data and interpreting results.
- Microsoft Office.
- Supervisory experience.
- Masters: Business Administration.
