Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, related field or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain in depth working knowledge of the needs of the assigned customers
- Lead prioritization and apply contributing resources as needed to ensure the facilities project portfolio is completely aligned to the master plan of the organization
- Provide all facilities-related services including; direct management of major strategic projects, analyzing strategic alignment and project prioritization, perform triage and due diligence for project ideas and issues, vendor and consultant management, manages and directs facilities project managers for designated projects within the portfolio
- Maintain facilities project portfolio management tools and reporting to support the customer’s decision making process
- Assess and apply resources required for projects within the portfolio and coordinate with the leadership of various departments across the organization in order to plan, schedule, and execute to accomplish the facilities project objectives
- Lead and manage daily functioning of project managers including mentoring and work assignments
- Support staff development through goal setting, training, communication, accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Health care project management experience in construction, medical/clinical projects, enterprise project/portfolio management, or related
- Finance experience
