Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Background Screening Specialists responsible for verifying drug and occupational health records
  • Provide coaching and feedback in regular one on ones with Associates
  • Assess, propose, enhance, implement/process and analyze KPIs needed to optimize team performance and client experiences
  • Evaluate team activities against KPI’s
  • Manages critical customer issues and expectations
  • Guides team to accomplish goals that are set
  • Estimates headcount and assigns work to meet these needs
  • Participates in performance management and evaluations of team members
  • Participates in hiring of team members
  • Identifies gaps in Drug Testing & Occupational Health processes and service quality skills and recommends solutions to improve client experience and team performance
  • Participates as a member of Operations management team, collaborating with other managers and leaders to communicate status, solve issues affecting more than one department and implement solutions needing cross-functional involvement to attain joint objectives
  • Manages vendor relationships by developing partnerships, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborates with Sales and Relationship Management teams to develop product recommendations, optimize pricing strategies, and support client-focused solutions
  • Maintain and develop culture, norms, and a high-performance environment
  • Ensure proper setup of Company and client drug testing accounts and monitor test results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous management experience preferred
