Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- OR Associate’s degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing for IE-IoT product announcements and campaigns, as well as owned and industry events (Embedded World, NRF).
- Develop digital strategies, plans and activations in partnership with BU Product Marketing and Developer Relations leads. This includes recommendations for both brand and executive digital touchpoints across owned, earned and paid media channels – in partnership with Paid Media and Campaign leads.
- Present and sell-in ideas, creative concepts, and marketing plans to the broader marketing organization.
- Manage digital marketing projects from initial strategy to final execution and reporting.
- Educate business leadership and stakeholders of best practices in digital landscape.
- Develop strategies and programs to leverage the passion and influence of our global digital community.
- Partner with Communications team for online influencer engagements.
- Create goals, desired outcomes, and partner with Analytics team to provide key insights on digital activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically working with tech-forward audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strategic, big picture thinker who can bring new ideas to the table.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms and how to leverage channels in an orchestrated fashion to achieve business goals, including but not limited to Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit.
- Significant executive presence and ability to work with all levels of the organization including company leadership.
- A technology enthusiast, interested in leading-edge hardware, software, and services that enable new connected experiences.
- Strong organizational abilities and agency management experience.
- Strong measurement abilities to interpret data and formulate recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as deep listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with global teammates in multiple regions.
- Must be a go-getter, self-starter, and accountable for the work and the results, able to work equally well with teams and independently.
